工序組成(Process composition)：腳踏開關（第一次需要）→模具旋轉→人工放置砂芯→腳踏開關→合模→等待機器人手右工位澆鑄完成信號→澆鑄機旋轉→自動開模→人工取產品→腳踏開關→模具下降浸入冷卻液

選材用料(Material selection)：

1、整體機架采用QT450鑄造件，不易變形，韌性好

2、潤滑部分要注入通用鋰基脂滴點是193℃，工作錐入度是240的3＃通用鋰基脂潤滑油，它比2#更耐高溫，用于載荷較重或立式電機軸承的潤滑。抗磨液壓油為68＃，新機三個月更換一次，以后每八個月更換一次
